Shin Ramyun Cup

(Hot & Spicy Chicken Noodle)

  • Introduction: You can see Chinese character ‘辛’ at the front of the product. It is “Shin”(the name of the ramyun), and it means “spicy”. It is considered as the standard of spicy ramyun, so it is one of the best-seller not only in Korea but also all over the world.
  • Recipe
    1. Open the lid up to the arrow mark.
    2. Add the sauce to the noodles and pour boiling water up to the guide line.
    3. Close the lid and wait for 3 minutes.
    4. Stir well and enjoy.

 

Jin Ramyun Cup (Hot)

  • Introduction: It has a deep flavor of beef broth, non-irritating spicy taste. There are many big fans of it in Korea who look for only this ramyun, and it achieved cumulative sales of 5 billions  with the steady popularity in June 2018.
  • Recipe
    1. Open the lid up to the arrow mark.
    2. Add the sauce to the noodle and pour boiling water up to the inside line.
    3. Close the lid and wait for 4 minutes.
    4. Stir well and enjoy.

 

Ganjjambbong

  • Introduction: “Ganjjambbong” is a real Chinese restaurant menu and it means soupless jjambbong. The noodles are dark red after cooking. You can certainly feel that it has very fantastic taste.
  • Recipe
    1. Boil water for 3~4 minutes.
    2. Put noodles inside when the water is boiling.
    3. Wait for another 2~3 minutes.
    4. Throw away water from noodles.

  • Introduction: It has thick beef chunks with various vegetables such as red pepper, green onion, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots. Its spicy flavor does not subside easily. You may feel spicy  taste which is hard to compare with other ramyuns.
  • Recipe
    1. Put the soup in the water(550ml, about 3 cups and a half of general cup).
    2. Boil water.
    3. Put noodles inside when the water is boiling.
    4. Wait for another 2~3 minutes. (It is better to stir a couple of times)
    5. Stir well and enjoy.

 

Jja Wang Cup (Hot)

  • Introduction: Since “Jja” is short for Jjajangmyun(black-bean-sauce noodles) and “Wang” means the king, “Jja Wang” is “The king of jjajangmyun”. It is a spicy version of jjajangmyun and it has a very complex taste that is similar with Szechuan cuisine.
  • Recipe
    1. Open half of the lid, take out all sauces inside.
    2. Pour boiling water to make noodles to be submerged.
    3. Close the lid and wait for 3~4 minutes.
    4. Make a couple of holes on the lid using either forks or chopsticks. (You may find out some ‘*’ marks on the lid)
    5. Throw away water inside using the holes you make in step 4.
    6. Put all the sauces that you took out in step 1 into the noodle.
    7. Mix well and enjoy.
