Buldak Bokkeummyeon

(Hot & Spicy Chicken Noodle)

  • Recipe <Spicy Level: ★★★★★>
    1. Open half of the lid, take out all sauces inside.
    2. Pour boiling water to make noodles be submerged.
    3. Close the lid and wait for 3~4 minutes.
    4. Make a couple of holes on the lid using either forks or chopsticks. (You may find out some triangles on the lid)
    5. Throw away water inside using the holes you make in step 4.
    6. Put all the sauces that you took out in step 1 into the noodle.
    7. Mix well and enjoy.

 

Tempura Udon Cup

  • Introduction: It is a plain and refreshing noodle. Contents are fried tempura, powdered sauce and dried flakes. The very special point of this noodle is the fried tempura made with dried squid. The taste of the tempura is so good that many people like it. It is neither irritating nor spicy.

Sarigomtang keun Sabalmyeon

  • Introduction: It is a non-spicy noodle that appeared like a comet in 2001 when there were only spicy noodles. There is an evaluation that it is good for relieving hangover. It is one of the few noodle products produced in Korea without using pork.

    1. Put the soup, pour boiling water up to the guide line and close the lid.
    2. Wait for 3 minutes.

Yuggaejang Sabalmyeon

  • Introduction: Released in 1982. It is characterized by slender, thin noodles with little spicy flavor. It is one of the famous noodles in Korea. At the time of the 1988 Seoul Olympics, it attracted a great number of foreign visitors and foreign reporters, and was popular enough to sell 230,000 a day.

    1. Boil water for 3~4 minutes.
    2. Put noodles inside when the water is boiling.
    3. Wait for another 2~3 minutes.
    4. Throw water away from noodle leaving only 8 spoons of water with the noodle.
    5. Mix all the sauces together with noodle and enjoy.

 

Bibimmyeon

(Mixed noodle)

  • Introduction: It is the most famous noodle in Korean summer season. Many people in Korea eat such kinds of mixed noodle but the best one among all kinds is Paldo Bibimmyeon. It has a sweet, sour and little spicy flavor. It also has features that noodles are relatively thinner than others. It gets well along with various foods such as cucumbers, boiled eggs, bacons and etc.

    1. Boil water for 3~4 minutes.
    2. Put noodles inside when the water is boiling.
    3. Wait for another 2~3 minutes.
    4. Rinse the noodle with cold water so that the noodle becomes cold.
    5. Drain all the water out from the noodle.
    6. Mix the sauces with the noodle and enjoy.(Cabbage, cucumber, eggs and bacons are recommended with the noodle)

 

Chapaghetti Bumbuk

  • Introduction: Products with powdered sauce made by Chunjang. It is popular among foreigners because it touches a similar taste code common to all countries. Noodles are considerably thicker than other instant noodles.
